The formation complex (herbicide production) was put into operation in January 2019.

The main activity is the production and sale of pesticides and other agrochemical products.

The Commission of Samruk Kazyna Ondeu LLP (hereinafter – SK Ondeu) approved a Roadmap with a deadline for the asset realization in 2025. Realization of 100% in CHIM-plus LLP to a strategic investor is being considered.

- Ecology: SK Ondeu adheres to the principles of minimizing or compensating negative impacts on the climate and the environment. Due to the lack of use of combustible fuel in the production of herbicides and containers, greenhouse gases are not formed. Liquid waste from dust collection of raw material loading is returned to the technological process. Plastic scraps are reused in the middle layer of the cans. All production waste is transferred to specialized organizations for further disposal. The air quality in the work area is measured systematically.

- In terms of the social ESG component - SK Ondeu provides social support to employees in the form of financial assistance, voluntary medical insurance, all types of vacations are provided, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Conciliation Commission operates in the Partnership to consider various issues that have arisen between the employer and employees, regional issues are resolved: when hiring, the local population has priority.

In terms of management principles - the rules of anti–corruption measures apply in SK Ondeu, the principle of transparency applies: the results of audits, current organizational structure, information about products are published on the Partnership website, through the use by SK Ondeu of Samruk-Qyzmet website, recruitment is carried out through competitive selection, meetings of representatives of shareholders and the management of the Partnership with the labor community are organized in order to cover and solve urgent tasks, employees are paid official salaries in a timely manner, issues of raising official salaries and promoting employees are periodically considered.
