- Oil refining and petrochemistry (Petromidia Refinery, Vega Refinery, petrochemical complex);

Retail sale of petroleum products through a network of gas stations, industrial services.

Negotiations are underway to attract a strategic partner for joint business development.

As a major player in the oil and gas sector, KMG International NV group faces difficulties in addressing a wide range of external stakeholders with often divergent requirements, and for this reason, KMG International NV group uses appropriate frameworks and standards, including GRI, TCFD, IR, SASB, CDSB, IPIECA to ensure a holistic approach to ESG reporting.

Every year, KMG International NV group prepares a sustainability report, which is reviewed by the independent consultant Ernst & Young.
