In 2016-2021, work was carried out on the realization and restructuring of the Company assets and property. At the moment, there are no other assets (stock of shares and/or equity interests of legal entities) on the balance sheet of the KMGS, except for 75% of the shares in Аysir Turizm ve Inşaat A.Ş. AC (hereinafter - Aysir). KMG is also considering the option of liquidating/realizing the asset together with Aysir. The asset withdrawal is possible only after the alienation of 75% of the KMGS interest in the authorized capital of Aysir.

The State Commission by the decision of December 15, 2021, agreed to postpone the transfer of the asset to the competitive environment for 2022.

To date, there is no separately introduced ESG policy, however the principles of sustainable development are laid down in the Company’s business processes and there is a guideline for ESG factors.
