In pursuance of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2020 No. 908 "On some issues of privatization for 2021 - 2025", the Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC approved the Roadmap for the transfer of QAZAQ AIR JSC to a competitive environment (Minutes No. 16/23 March 30, 2023).

In accordance with the specified Roadmap, the process of holding an open two-stage tender for the sale of 49% to 100% of the shares of QAZAQ AIR JSC is being launched.
