JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" (Fund) and JSC NC "KazMunayGas" (KMG) inform on the results of the subscription for shares of KMG within IPO completed on December 2, 2022 on the Astana International Exchange (AIX) and on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). 

In accordance with the previously announced deadlines, Samruk-Kazyna JSC and JSC NC KazMunayGas (KMG) announce the end of accepting investor applications for the purchase of shares during the ongoing IPO of KMG on the exchange of the Astana International Exchange, AIX and on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

On November 21, representatives of Samruk-Kazyna JSC (Fund) and JSC NC KazMunayGas (KMG) met with experts of the Kazakhstan Association of Minority Shareholders (QAMS). Daniyar Temirbayev and Arman Batayev, the members of the QAMS Governing Council, represented the Association.

Today, Almassadam Satkaliyev, the CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, has met with the heads of J.P. Morgan International Investment Bank in the CIS and Central Asia, Mr. Jan Tavrovsky and Mr. Timur Kunanbayev.

Today, Almassadam Satkaliyev, the CEO of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, has met with Mr. Julien Pouget, Senior Vice President for the Asia-Pacific Region of TotalEnergies Exploration and Production, and other executives of the French company.

KEGOC reported to the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna on the performance for the past year, achievement of strategic KPIs, and the progress of the investment projects. The members of the Public Council were also provided with the performance of EnergoTekhProfSoyuz trade union organisation, the compliance function and other areas.

Samruk-Kazyna JSC continues public reports of portfolio companies to the company. Today, the Public Council of the Fund, chaired by Bolat Zhamishev, has heard the report of JSC NC KTZh on the 2021 performance, its strategy, relations with trade unions, work of the Compliance Service and fight against corruption. Journalists and experts were invited to the meeting to ask questions about the company’s work.

Today, the Fund held a meeting with Philippe Christodoulou, the Vice President of the French company Air Liquide. Yernat Berdigulov, the Managing Director for Strategy and Asset Management and Yernar Zhanadil, the Managing Director for Investment, Privatization and International Cooperation, discussed with their French colleagues issues of current cooperation and prospects for extending cooperation with the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies.
